EDITION 2.2 – a reprint of Edn 2.1 with some updates. Focused demand for this book since the 2nd Edition sold out drove used-copy prices to absurd levels. High prices do not mean volume demand so the print-run has perforce been small and thus expensive. But the resulting cost is still less than a quarter of that asked on the internet. And innovative printing has made it possible to reduce the price for the new edition – a humble nod to budget-conscious expedition planners!

| ‘ ... truly excellent service ... this is not just any book and I was (worried) the supply may run out before I got my copy. I have a ... first edition which I regard as a work of art as well as a supremely useful reference. I am pleased to have the new edition because as well as the valuable updates, it will save wear on my first edition.Edn 2.1 purchaser, Hants |
